Travelers assigned through Instant Connect are actively requesting assistance and often seeking pricing and information immediately.
• Advisors should be prepared to monitor incoming requests and respond promptly.
• Travelers assigned through Instant Connect are not expecting responses several hours later or the following day.
• Certain traveler assignments may require authorization with specific suppliers.
Communication Guidelines
• Initial traveler communications should remain within the Instant Connect platform.
• Do not direct travelers to external forms, surveys, or lead capture pages.
• Professional and timely communication is expected at all times.
• Traveler assignments are intended solely for the assigned advisor.
Next Steps
Watch for the email invite from Respond.io app, accept it, add an image to your profile and and enable notifications so you never miss a traveler assignment.
Create an introduction message showing your affiliation with the Travel Agent Matchamker program.
Example:
"Thank you for using the Travel Agent Matchmaker program. My name is Sarah with ABC Travel Agency, and I have been assigned to assist you with your travel request today. I specialize in cruises and would be happy to answer any questions and provide quote options for you today."
